American Fork Canyon
Over a million visitors make the trek to the canyon every year—and it's easy to see why. This destination spot offers beautiful sights and plenty of nature to explore. Trails take riders to many key spots such as Silver Lake, Cascade Springs, and Mill Hollow.
Many of the trails are wide enough to accommodate ATVs and UTVs. As you ride, you may come across fellow powersports enthusiasts. All of the trails are well-marked and well-maintained, making for an enjoyable day of riding. The single track motorcycle trail in American Fork Canyon is even the most popular single track found in Utah County.
Before you can visit, you will need to get a 1-3 day pass, a seven day pass, or an annual pass. The fees collected go into maintaining the area, ensuring that everyone can enjoy this gem for years to come.
Arapeen OHV Trail System
Riders can spend days exploring this trail system and still have so much left to discover! Hundreds of thousands of acres await, providing many different experiences along the way. Enjoy elevation changes from 6,000 feet to 10,000 feet. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife, such as deer or elk, in the Manti-LaSal National Forest. Descend into the various canyons and see wait awaits. Head up to the Skyline Drive mountainous road, which covers over 100 miles along the Wasatch Plateau and is known as one of the highest roads in the country.
It's easy to spend an entire trip dirt bike riding, but if you want variety there are many activities in the area. Enjoy easy access to camping, fishing, hunting, and rock climbing.
One key advantage of this dirt bike riding area is the interconnected nature of the riding trails. There are very few dead ends, which means more time exploring new routes and less time going back the way you came.
It's also easy to access this trail system. It's reachable from seven different canyons in the Sanpete Valley. It's also accessible from several towns, including Fairview, Mt. Pleasant, Spring City, and Ephraim.
